Before you read our contract I want to put you at ease. If you have searched the Internet or talked with people you in all probability
have heard so many stories about all of the health issues bulldogs can have. We DO NOT breed dogs with known health issues.
Every backyard line breeder intentionally breeds dogs that they know will potentially have some kind of problem just because
of the way they breed Grandpa to Grand Daughter or Father to Daughter and Mother to Son. Jethro and Ellie Mae will sell you
anything.
Bumper To Bumper Warranty
Below you will find that our contract covers every puppy unconditionally for one full year. We cover
everything bumper to bumper! Eyes, ears, nose, throat, hips, heart, lungs, intestines, and spine. We cover every
disease and sickness of every kind except the common cold, flu, stomach virus and/or abuse or neglect.
We also offer a policy for
each puppy (separate price) that should an accident occur and the puppy become destroyed for any reason within the FIRST YEAR (other
than negligence) the
puppy is covered at 80% of the purchase price. ONLY the GBBA offers this coverage. We
are people
like you and understand that in life things happen and how much the loss of one bulldog can mean. So if the puppy was run over
or by accident fell into the pool and drowned you would be covered at eighty percent to replace the puppy. We are genetic breeders
with HEALTH and Personality foremost in everything we do.
This
puppy identified as ______________________from Sonoran Bulldogs (SB) having the temporary attached copy of pedigree was
born on ______ being SOLD to "YOUR NAME" for a sum of $4,850.00 which includes all shipping and full delivery by the seller to the
buyer. See shipping options below.
The buyer having deposited a sum in the amount of $1,500.00 leaving a balance due of $3,350.00
payable TEN days prior to the delivery of the dog. In the event the buyer cannot for any reason complete the purchase of the
puppy the seller shall refund to the buyer one half of the deposit or the buyer may apply the deposit to another purchase within 30
days.
This puppy is sold with full breeding rights and if a female the seller extends the right to the buyer to breed back to the
sellers STUDS FREE. The seller will provide a genetically matched male ensuring a healthy litter and the seller will receive
a pick puppy back from the breeding.
This puppy has an unconditional "Bumper to Bumper" guarantee for one year. We cover
everything! Eyes, ears, nose, throat, hips, heart, lungs, intestines, all internal organs and spine. We cover every disease
and sickness of every kind except the common cold, flu, upset stomachs and abuse or neglect. This puppy has all vaccinated immunities
including DHLP, Parvo, and carona. Should any health problems arise other than the common cold, upset stomach, flu, kennel cough
and/or normal trips to the Veterinarian for check ups and routine shots. SB will pay for all veterinarian expenses up to the
full purchase price of the puppy.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to take the puppy to a veterinarian within seven days from
the delivery date for an examination. (At the buyers expense). If the vet identifies any serious problem, the buyer is
to contact the seller immediately. If the puppy cannot be cured, the puppy must be returned to the seller and a FULL REFUND
of the purchase price will be given to the buyer. If the puppy can be cured, the Seller will pay the expenses and will extend
the warranty for a time after the puppy is declared to be in full health by the veterinarian.
The seller reserves the right to reject
what the seller determines to be excessive charges by a veterinarian and to have the service performed by the seller’s veterinarian.
In such an instance the buyer and the seller shall split all shipping costs for the service and the seller shall pay all expenses
for any services by the seller’s veterinarian.
The Seller will not replace, make a refund, or pay veterinarian expenses for any puppy
which has not received adequate and appropriate care from its new owner. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide immediate
veterinary care to the puppy if at any time the puppy shows any signs of illness or distress and failure by the buyer to do so will
render any guarantee null and void. Under no circumstances is a puppy to be destroyed prior to notification by the Buyer to
the Seller.
The Seller also extends to the buyers (Only at the time of purchase) additional coverage that can be purchased
to cover any accidental death if the puppy should die as a result of an accident of any kind (hit by car, drowning, snake
bite etc,) We are people like you and
understand that in life things happen and how much the loss of one bulldog can mean. The
only exclusion for a cause of death would be abuse or negligence.
SB will cover 80 percent of the purchase price for a replacement
puppy the first year for any accidental death.
One Year $185.00 @ 80% replacement cost of original purchase price FREE WITH FIRST PICK
Two Years $385.00 @ 65% replacement cost of original purchase price
LIFETIME $500.00 @ 50% replacement cost of
original purchase price
Depending on the dogs registry all paper work along with the final certified generational pedigree will normally
arrive from the FCI/AKC about two months after delivery. All Foreign Kennel Registration is guaranteed to be fully transferable
to AKC registration and the seller guarantees that registration to the buyer and will assist the buyer with all paperwork.
The puppy
has been Micro-Chipped. This puppy is considered to be of Show Quality. SB is
highly interested in assisting the buyer
with the showing of such a High Quality puppy. Every puppy purchased from SB and registered with the AKC shall carry as
a signature to the puppy’s name the exclusive two letters of SB (Then the puppy's name).
